Body The menus for the week beginning Monday, September 26, are as follows: Monday—Chicken strips, hashbrown casserole, Italian blend vegetables, bread, pears. Tuesday— Chili, cinnamon roll, crackers, mandarin oranges.

Body A bull riding will be held Sept. 24 to honor a Kansas cowboy.

Body The regular monthly meeting of the Rooks County Health Center Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, September 27th at 6:00 p.m. in the hospital’s meeting room. The public is encouraged to attend.

Body The October 6th Sentinel will include our annual Homecoming Feature, with individual pictures of the Tiger athletes (football, volleyball and cross country), coaching staff, Cheer and Dance, sponsored by local merchants, organizations, and individuals.

Body The Stockton City Park located on west Highway 24 will once again materialize into the Stockton PUMPKIN PATCH on Saturday, October 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday, October 2nd from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.

Body On Saturday, October 1, 2022, the Hansen Museum is celebrating 50 years of bringing art and culture to the people of Northwest Kansas with an afternoon celebration. The party starts with a nostalgic presentation by Hansen Museum Board Member, Debra Berg at 2:00 p.m.

Body The Stockton NHS will be recycling plastic, aluminum, tin and glass (no trash bags or paper) on Saturday, October 1st. Please bring your recyclables to the high school parking lot from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
