News From Lowell Township

Body
We are only a week or so into March and I have had my fill of wind—the first two roaring cold days out of the north and then from the south. We received a quarter inch of moisture in the gauge. On Tuesday evening last week, we lost power for over six hours. I finally gave up and went to bed early after trying to read by candlelight. Thankfully, Easter will be later into April, so hopefully, the weather will be warm and more springlike. With all the warnings for Spring Break in the popular Florida spots, I would not send my kids in that direction.
