Hey everyone! After a full week away visiting family, I’m finally back home, and I have to say, I’ve missed this place more than I missed my Sunday naps. And trust me, that’s saying a lot!

Barton Community College has named 273 students to the Dean’s List for the spring 2026 semester. To qualify for this honor, students must have been enrolled in at least 12 credit hours and maintained a grade point average of 3.5 to 3.99 on a 4.0 or 'A' letter scale.

Although the library may seem a little quieter during the day, August is actually a very busy month at the Plainville Memorial Library. We use this time to plan, deep-clean, and make improvements throughout the library.
