The third-grade students of Mrs. Laura Foss and Mr. Scott Bennett at Stockton Grade School are featured in individual ads in this week’s issue. Each student has created a poster representing what they are thankful for this Thanksgiving.

At the Stockton USD 271 School Board meeting held on Monday, November 11th, superintendent/ high school principal Dr. McCollum and grade school principal Stacey Green gave a FastBridge presentation to the board members.

As of Monday, November 18th, the Stockton Farmers Union Elevator has taken in 503,000 bushels of milo, 250,000 bushels of corn, and 45,000 bushels of beans. The Woodston Coop has taken in 308,00 bushels of milo, 290,000 bushels of corn, and 50,000 bushels of beans.

Stockton’s Olde Tyme Christmas will start bright and early next Friday, November 29th, with several stores opening early and offering different specials throughout the day.
