The Stockton Fire Department was called out on Tuesday, August 29th at 5:05 p.m. to 11 Road, approximately three miles north of Highway 24, for a baler owned by Joey Bellerive that had caught on fire.

The Jackson house finds a new home

For many years, the Alfred and Rosena Jackson house in Stockton was where memories of children laughing and family gathering around the table were made, when it was located west of the St. Thomas Catholic Church.

Stockton woman sentenced to four years in prison

A Stockton woman was sentenced in Rooks County District Court on Friday, August 18, to four years in prison after a plea agreement was reached. The criminal cases involve the woman who, without authority, entered three different residences with Stockton addresses.
