The annual Paradise Creek Festival will return to Plainville June 12-14, bringing a full weekend of entertainment, community activities, food, competitions, and family-friendly events to the community.

One of two individuals who entered into plea agreements on April 1, 2026, in connection with the January 12, 2025, death of a 17-yearold Plainville resident has now been sentenced. Bailey Jo Lepper, 24, was initially charged with aggravated endangerment of a child on November 19, 2025.
