Stockton senior Emerson Lowry qualified for the 2025 3-2-1A KSHSAA State Wrestling Championships in Hays this Friday and Saturday after finishing second at Regionals held in Hoisington last week. Lowry, who wrestles at 157, won by a fall in his first two matches over Corbin Keas of Plainville and Ethan Koetkemeyer of Russell, before winning by a decision in the semifinals.

In their final game of the regular season, the Stockton Tigers traveled to Plainville on Monday, February 17, for a non-league match-up with the Cardinals. The Lady Tigers ended up coming out on top 51-44, while the Stockton boys fell 93-37.

The Stockton Lady Tigers advanced to the second round of Class 1A Div. I Sub-State #2 basketball action with a 43-38 win over the Ness City Lady Eagles this Monday in Stockton.
