Body Roberta V. Hairfield, 92, of Larned, Kansas, died on October 11, 2023 at Diversicare of Larned. She (Bobbie) was born December 20, 1930, in Zurich, Kansas, the daughter of Rudy and Violet Novotny of Hoisington, Kansas.

Body Twila Marie (Keas) Sander, of Stockton, Kansas, passed away on October 10, 2023, at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville, Kansas, at the age of 82. She was born at home in Stockton, Kansas on February 26, 1941, to Chester Leo and Laura Bell (Turnbull) Keas.

Body   Emily E. Schroeder, age 72, Bloomfield, Neb., passed away Monday, October 9, 2023, at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Nebraska.

Body Vernon “Leroy” Hutton passed away on October 7, 2023, at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg at the age of 91. He was born February 7, 1932, in Rooks County, the son of Vernon and Edna (Brown) Hutton. Survivors include his wife Arlyne; son Kirk of Blair, Neb.

Body Mary Ellen (Toombs) Dunphy, of Stockton, passed away on October 7, 2023, at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, KS, at the age of 90. She was born on February 28, 1933, to Homer Arthur and Mary Ellen (Green) Toombs in York, Neb.

Body Marlene Jane McCue, 82 years of age, of Mankato, Kansas, passed away Friday, October 6, 2023, at the Ascension Via-Christi of Manhattan in Manhattan, Kansas.   She was born on November 11, 1940, in Smith County, Kansas to Phillip and Hulda (Dettmer) Long.

Body Gregg Douglas Cooper, 74, of Hoxie, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at the Sheridan County Health Complex. He was born in Hoxie, Kansas, on April 25, 1949, to Mark and Rose (Meier) Cooper.

Body Phillipsburg resident David D. Dreiling passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 74. He was born on June 9, 1949, in Berthoud, Colorado, to Michael and Pauline (Hepp) Dreiling.

Body Nathan Andrew Worley, 36, of Henrietta, Texas, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023. He was born on August 30, 1987, in Denver, Colorado to Ronald L. Worley and LaDonna (Franz). He married Marandi Towery on June 18, 2022, in Henrietta.
