Laura May Klein passed away on April 21, 2020 at her home in Plainville at the age of 92.
She was born on August 3, 1927 to Otto and H. Katie (Grauerholz) Wachs in Phillips County, KS. Laura married Ralph “Pete” Klein on April 23, 1950 in Kensington. They were blessed with five children: Suzanne, Mike, Mitch, Mark, and Trish.
Terry L. Williams passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 73.
He was born on November 13, 1946 in Plainville, Kansas to Eldon and Gola (Brokaw) Williams. Terry graduated from Emporia State University and worked in management at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
Terry is survived by his children, Kyle, Kim, Kristina, and Tyler Williams; and sister, Karen Vanhoose.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Eldon and Gola Williams.
Ruthann Tullis, of Plainville, Kansas, passed away on April 13, 2020 at Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas, at the age of 53.
She was born on October 5, 1966 to James and Jacqueline (Liston) Tullis in Pontiac, Illinois. Ruthann grew up in Illinois until her family moved to Palco, where she graduated from Palco High school with the class of 1984. She then attended college at McPherson College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, and Economics.
Arlen Darrel Sutton, 88, of Salina, passed away peacefully April 13, 2020, surrounded by his loving family.
Former Stockton resident, Warren Dale Jones, age 74, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at Parkview Care Center, Osborne.
He was born July 8, 1945 in Stockton, Kansas to Roy and Clara (Pick) Jones. He lived his entire life in the Woodston and Stockton area.
He spent most of his adult life in and around the harvest field. Dale was known to his friends as a storyteller and enjoyed attending the horse races. He was a retired member of the Phillipsburg National Guard. He had many friends from Oklahoma and North Dakota.
