Sharon “Sherri” K. Wells of Norton, passed away on July 18, 2020 at the Logan Manor in Logan, Kansas at the age of 71.

Sherri was born on March 8, 1949 to Killian and Regina (Ruder) Gerber in Plainville, Kansas. She was united in marriage to Emery Wells Jr. in November of 1985 at the Plainville Courthouse. She was blessed with two children, Andrew and Trisha.

William “Bill” Grant Stewart, age 88, passed away peacefully at his home in Rockville, Md., on June 21, 2020, surround by his loving family.

Bill was born on a farm west of Stockton, Kansas on December 28, 1931.

A Memorial Service for Ryan D. Horner, age 60, Phillipsburg, is set for Saturday, July 11th, at 10:30 a.m., at the Huck Boyd Center in Phillipsburg.

He passed away May 22, 2020 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy, of the home; two sons, Mike of McCook, NE and J.R. of Polk City, IA; two daughters, Tandy of Tampa, FL and Jamie of Auburn, KS; two brothers, Dave and Tony, both of Phillipsburg; one sister, Linda Waters of Stockton; and 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Former Stockton resident Jack A. Miller, age 85, of Montezuma, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, at Homestead Assisted Living in Garden City.

He was born on January 20, 1935 in Needles, California, the son of Henry Arthur and Lillie (Beavers) Miller.
