Stockton's new third-grade teacher grew up in Plainville, where she graduated from Plainville High School in 1985. She then attended Colby Community College and graduated in 1987 with an associate's degree in science.

The Rooks County Commission met with Gail Griffin during their August 13th meeting, who voiced his concerns about the road conditions on 30 and 31 Roads close to the Osborne County line. He felt the roads needed more rock and asked if anything could be done.
