Body On Friday, November 13th the following message was sent out: Rooks County has seen a significant increase in both the number of positive cases and the rate of positive tests. During the month of October, RCH tested an average of 50 people per week and had a positivity rate of 22%.

Body The regular weekly meeting of the Rooks County Commission was held on Thursday, November 12th. The commissioners met to canvass the votes from the General Election, and to conduct regular business.

Body Stockton’s Olde Tyme Christmas has been canceled for this year due to the recent outbreak of COVID in the community. Even though the event is canceled, there are still activities scheduled throughout the month of December.

Body As of Monday morning, November 16th, the Stockton Farmers Union Elevator has taken in a total of 616,000 bushels of milo and 173,000 bushels of corn. The Woodston Coop has taken in 176,000 bushels of milo and 415,000 bushels of corn.
