On Sunday, March 8, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Marlin G. Foster, 82, of Stockton, driving south in the 200 block of Cedar in a 1993 Chevy Blazer, was about to turn into J-Mart when Kevin James Dunn, 56, of Lawrence, also driving south in a 2010 Mazda CX9, thought he was on a fourlane road and attempted to pass to the right of the Blazer.
