The menus for the week beginning Monday, May 25, are as follows: Monday—Closed for Memorial Day. Tuesday—Polish sausage with kraut, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, rosy pears. Wednesday—Turkey roast in gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, bread, tropical fruit.
