Family and July 4th

Harry and Willardene Purdum hosted a family reunion of sorts for the July 4th weekend. Five men went to three towns and at least four fireworks stands to collect enough fireworks to entertain the family gathering all day of the 4th.

KDOT announces approved June bids

The Kansas Department of Transportation announces approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects in Kansas. The letting took place June 17, 2020, in Topeka. Some of the bids may include multiple projects that have been bundled based on proximity and type of work.
