Our grandson, Josiah Melton, a new resident of Seattle, has not been happy this week. It seems Seattle has had several days of historical high temperatures, which is very unusual for that area. The heat index was 105. Only 30% of Seattle residences have air-conditioning.

LIFE IS BRIEF. Here it is the end of June and wheat harvest again though it seems like they just finished last year's. It must be an age thing, but life certainly is passing by quickly. This is nothing new, though, seeing we find several "brevity of life" comments in the Bible.
