The Hobart Homemakers FCE group met Monday, May 23, 2022 at the United Methodist Church in Stockton at 7 p.m. Susan G. opened with the flag salute and Susan T. read the FCE Mission. Roll call was "What is your favorite meal?" We had five members and one visitor answering.

Crossroads Quilt Guild

The regular monthly meeting of Crossroads Quilt Guild was held on Monday, May 16th, 2022 at Stitch and Chatter. We had 26 members attending. Hostesses were Janice Miller and Linda Stamper. A motion was made to approve minutes from last month by Bertha McGann, and seconded by Linda Stamper.

SHS Seniors: Your photos at the Sentinel may be picked up

SHS Seniors who have a graduation photo displayed in the window at the Stockton Sentinel may pick them up. Our doors are open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9-12 and 1-5. However, if one of these days doesn’t work, we are in the office throughout the week if another day works best.

Emily Roy named to Dean’s List at MidAmerican Nazarene

Emily Roy of Palco has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2022 semester from MidAmerican Nazarene University. All students in traditional programs carrying 12 semester hours or more with a term GPA from 3.2 to 4.0 may qualify for one of these academic honors.

Adreinne Danner of Natoma was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Danner was initiated at Fort Hays State University.
