Snowman for a Day

Body
THIS GROUP OF YOUNG PEOPLE, staying at the Owl Apartments in Stockton, and working for Bonnie Plants in Plainville, was excited to make a snowman on Thursday, the 10th, as they don’t get to play in snow in Mexico! Kirsten Hale of Bonnie Plants in Plainville says groups of young people, age 18 and over, have been coming on work visas to work at Bonnie Plants at various times since 2019. This group of kids, plus five or six others also staying at the Owl but not pictured, came in February and will return home in mid-July. With temperatures warming quickly through the end of the week and weekend, no doubt the snowman’s life was very brief, but the kids had fun building it! Shown here is Luis, Valeria, Pamela, Adriana, Victorino and Jesus.
