So what do we need to keep in mind as we go on vacations, play outdoors and generally enjoy the great adventures the warm weather offers us? First, we need to keep in mind our own hydration status as we move into the warm months.

A Quilt of Valor was presented to Dennis DeYoung

A QUILT OF VALOR was presented to Dennis DeYoung who served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. The Quilt of Valor program is sponsored by the Plainville VFW. While Stephanie Hart, VFW Auxiliary president, read the explanation for the Quilt of Valor program, Bertha McGann, who made the quilt, and Tammy Steeples made the presentation.
