The Youth/Disabled spring turkey hunting season begins on Saturday, April 1st, and runs through Thursday, April 13th. Archery season starts on Tuesday, April 4th, and runs through Wednesday, April 12th.

The site that the County Commissioners selected for the new courthouse was approved this week by the citizens of Stockton and a committee was selected to raise the money to pay for the new site. The committee has been at work this week on the raising of the money and have it nearly all raised.
