Quite often you hear about the “body” of the church. What exactly is the body of the church? This thought was the focus of Matt MacConnell’s sermon on Sunday.

The regular monthly meeting of Crossroads Quilt Guild was held May 15th, 2023, at Stitch and Chatter, with 11 members present and one guest. The hostesses were Janie Lowry and Karen McCune.

The Kansas County Clerks & Election Officials Association (KCCEOA) Annual Spring Conference was held in Topeka from May 2nd to May 5th. The Hotel Topeka at City Center was the host venue for the conference with the theme of “When Everyone Leads.

First Christian Church welcomed Matt MacConnell as our new preaching minister this week. Matt delivered a message of expectations: his and that of church members. It will be a journey of new relationships, and we all have high hopes that God will be glorified.
