Make plans to attend Sugarplum Market, Hill City’s annual arts and crafts fair this Saturday, November 19th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It is a great way to start your Christmas shopping or to buy some baked goods for Thanksgiving.

Stockton’s annual Olde Tyme Christmas and the town’s 150th Birthday Celebration will be held on Friday, November 25th. The day will start out with the Stockton Fire Department’s Pancake Feed at City Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Monday—Pancakes, fruit, juice, milk. Tuesday—Pop-Tart, fruit, juice, milk.

The Stockton students and faculty will host a Veterans Day program honoring our veterans who gallantly served America, on Friday, November 11th at 9:00 a.m. at Stockton High School.

Just a reminder that the Stockton Food Pantry is open every third Thursday of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Food Pantry is located at 602 Main Street in the building behind the Main Street Christian Church Parsonage.

The Stockton Farmers Union Coop will be closed on Friday, November 11th in honor of Veterans Day. (Look for the ad in this week’s issue.) .

'The Women of Woodston' and the Community will be hosting a Hunter's/Harvest Festival Dinner this coming Saturday, November 12th, beginning at 11:30 in the Fellowship Hall basement in Woodston.

Nothing to do while the guys are hunting? Head on down to the third annual Mill Street Market in downtown Alton on Saturday, November 12th. There will be twenty-two vendors at The Front Porch, Bull City Mini Market and The Craft Basket between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
