The Stockton High School Wrestling Team will open its season this Saturday with the girls and boys traveling to WaKeeney for the varsity wrestling tournament hosted by Trego High School. Action will begin at 10:00 a.m.

It was another sweep for the Stockton Junior High Tigers when they travelled to Natoma for the basketball action last Thursday. Stockton’s A-Team Girls won 27-18, the A-Team Boys earned a 38-16 win, and the Tigers’ B-Team Boys got a 21-8 victory in two quarters.

At a special meeting held on Tuesday, November 7th, the Stockton USD 271 board members voted to hire Alexa Rogers as the 2023-2024 girls' high school basketball coach by a vote of 6 yes and one no (Jesse Stithem).

Stockton Junior High hosted Paradise last Thursday in Pike Trail League basketball with the local Tigers getting a sweep of their opponents. The girls’ A Team defeated Paradise 25-17, while the B-Team girls won 17-2.

Stockton High School graduate Isaac Reed was recently chosen as a member of the 2023-2024 Fort Hays State University Tiger Pep Band. Reed will be showcasing this talents on the keyboard. Congratulations, Isaac!
