The Stockton Tiger Sharks hosted their swim meet in Stockton on Saturday, June 26th, and bringing home 25 first-place wins. This Saturday, the team will travel back to Alma, Neb., where they will compete in the Qualifying Round.

The Stockton High School Cheer Team recently attended UCA Cheer Camp at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina on June 22nd through 24th, and the girls brought home several awards. As a team they earned a first place in their camp routine, a second place in their Gameday Overall, and second place in the Sideline Cheer.

It’s time to sign up for the Stockton Recreation’s 2nd Annual 3-Person Scramble Golf Tournament. The event will be held on Saturday, July 31st with registration to begin at 8:30 a.m. Tee time is set for 9:30 a.m. with the cost $45.00 per person.

The Stockton Tiger Sharks swim team showed their teeth in their first swim meet of the season on Saturday, June 5th, at Alma, Neb. All relays came away placing in the Top 20 in the league, as well as all the returning swimmers from last year.

The Stockton Tiger Shark Swim Team was on the road again—this time to Kensington, where they competed in their second meet of the season last Saturday, June 12th. In the following results, when you see ( ), note that is where they are ranked in the league and an “EX” means the competitors swam in an extra event as exhibition, as they are only allowed two individual events for an award.

Kaelyn Means and Rylan Basart each brought home a medal from the 2021 KSHSAA Track and Field Championships held last Saturday at Cessna Stadium in Wichita. Means placed second in the Discus, while Basart was fourth in the Javelin.
