The Tigers got a big win last Thursday evening when Stockton defeated Logan/Palco 56-6 in junior high football action at Tiger Stadium. The victory was the second one of the season for the Stockton boys.

The Stockton Tiger Cross Country Teams were in Beloit last Thursday for high school and junior high competition. The high school girls were led by freshman Cheyenne Hoeting who ran the 5K course in a time of 23:27.1 to place 22nd.

The Stockton Lady Tigers played good volleyball last week, going 5-4 in action at Norton and Ellis. On Tuesday, the Stockton girls went 2-2 at the Norton Quadrangular, downing Hill City 25-10, 25-22, falling to Norton 23-25, 13-25, and defeating Plainville 25-8, 25-21. The JV girls lost to Norton 15-25, 18-25.

The Stockton Tigers made the trek to Atwood last Friday for a district football match-up with the Rawlins County Buffaloes. The Tigers trailed 36-6 after the first quarter and eventually fell 54-6.
