BILL SKINNER

Body BILL SKINNER sent this Yesteryear photo to the Sentinel. It is a picture of him fishing on Chuck Reed’s farm east of Stockton. Skinner noted that Chuck was a good friend of his father and whenever they visited Stockton, they would try to visit the Reeds at their home on the farm.
