According to the Rooks County Clerk's Office figures, the County valuations show a decrease of $5,267,285.00 for the 2025 year. The 2024 total valuations were $97,825,335.00, with this year's valuations coming in at $92,544,652.00. The 2023 total valuations were $101,319,245.00. The reductions this year came in Real Estate, Utilities, and Oil. Increases were in Minerals and Personal Property.
