William Roger “Bill” Turner, a resident at the Solomon Valley Manor in Stockton, passed away at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the age of 79.

He was born on July 7, 1942, in Lyons, Kansas to William H. and Edith (Darland) Turner.

Judith Ann “Judy” (Richardson) Sander, Stockton, passed away on November 16, 2021, at Solomon Valley Manor in Stockton.

She was born on July 29, 1945, to Kenneth James and Florence June (Vest) Richardson in Chadron, Neb.

Judy’s father later remarried and she was lucky enough to have inherited a stepsister, Phyllis. They were like two peas in a pod growing up. After the death of her father, she moved back to Stockton where she graduated from high school.
