Area Fall harvest update

As of Tuesday, November 9th, the Stockton Farmers Union Elevator has taken in a total of 158,000 bushels of corn and a total of 400,000 bushels of milo. Woodston Coop has taken in 186,000 bushels of corn and 110,000 bushels of milo. The soybeans from both facilities brought in a total of 189,000 bushels. This is approximately 20% more than last year’s crop. At this time, the corn total is over half of last year’s crop with the milo showing 65% of last year’s crop total.
