Human skeletal remains found in Allen County

Body ALLEN COUNTY – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) and the Allen County Sheriff’s Office are conducting a death investigation after remains were found Saturday evening near Humboldt, Kansas.

Safety Day held on March 8th

Body It was a day for Safety on Wednesday, March 8th, when the third and fourth-grade students from Stockton, Damar, Plainville, and Sacred Heart participated in the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day at the Rooks County Fairgrounds.

Body The Stockton Grade School music students attended the MCEL Music Festival at TMP in Hays on Wednesday, March 1. For their musical efforts, there was nothing lower than a II Rating for their performances.

County begins sale process of Redbud Village and Estates

Retail Landmark Razed

Body ONCE ALL OF THE PAPERWORK for the demolition of the Trading Post building was approved, it didn’t take long for the Stockton City employees to quickly take down the structure. The building has been a safety hazard to the community in the past few years.
