STAY AWAY! That was pretty much the reality after Adam knowingly and willfully rebelled against God's lone prohibition in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3). God kicked Adam and Eve out from His presence even placing angels with flaming swords to guard the way back into His presence (Gen. 3:24).

If you were asked to pack up everything you have and leave all you know behind in hours or minutes, could you do that? Even if you could, it certainly would not be easy. It would require a tremendous amount of faith on your part.

The Rooks County Landfill Spring Clean-Up is this Saturday, April 29th, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Waste items will be accepted free of charge that day. Please look at the ad in this week’s issue for what will be accepted and how it should be separated.

Our relationships here on earth play a tremendous part in lives. Our relationships with our family, our friends, our co-workers, our church family, or even members of our community as a whole, are all important and say a lot about what we put into it.
