Multiple accidents reported from sheriff’s office

Body On April 22, at about 2:40 p.m., Tom Montoia, 68, of Zurich, was southbound on Cemetery Rd. near Mill St., when he had a medical issue that caused him to black out. The vehicle he was driving left the road and struck a a speed limit sign and the porch on a house at 200 S.

The deer are still jumping!

Body Starting out the reports of vehicle accidents, dating back to Jan. 27 through February 14, is the rollover of one of the trash trucks belonging to the City of Stockton, on January 27. The driver, Drake Champagne, age 24, of Stockton, was headed east on 10 Rd. at around 11:00 a.m.

Body On Nov. 18, 2021, at 10:48 a.m., Don Dopita, age 60, of Plainville, was driving west on U.S. 24, less than a half mile from 15 Rd., when a deer entered the roadway from the ditch.
