THE STOCKTON VFW AUXILIARY TO POST 8873 received the 1991 National Silver Plate Award for Community Service for the Americanism Fair. The National Representative Glenetta Volegsang of the VFW Auxiliary presented it at the Department Convention at Dodge City. KAREN ODLE brought in some pictures of the flooding by and on the Bobby and Karen Odle farm on May 21st, 1969. Karen said the rain started in the afternoon and remained steady for several hours with over seven inches recorded that day. The pictures show water coming out of their pasture on 14 Road, and in other areas in their yard.
