The Phillips-Rooks Extension District will be hosting a free, daylong Farm/Ranch Financial Management program in the 4-H Building at the Rooks County Fairgrounds in Stockton on Thursday, February 8th. The program will begin at 10:30 a.m.

The regular monthly meeting of the Rooks County Health Center Board of Directors is Tuesday, January 23rd, at 6:00 p.m. in the hospital’s meeting room.

There will be a government surplus commodities distribution on Monday, January 22nd, for those in the Stockton and Plainville areas. In Stockton, the distribution will be held on that Monday from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

The Rooks County Conservation District will be holding its 76th annual meeting on Monday, January 29th at 6:30 p.m. at the Palco High School Gym in Palco.

Prairie Heritage Auction and Real Estate will host two Open Houses in Stockton this Sunday, January 21st, to showcase a commercial building at 107-109 South Foster from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the five-bedroom, two-bath house, used as a current Airbnb, at 103 North 4th Street from 1:10 p.m.
