Everyone is invited to the Christmas Movie Night Fundraiser at the historic Nova Theatre in Stockton on Thursday, December 14th, to enjoy the classic movie “It’s A Wonderful Life” this holiday season. There will be two FREE showings of the movie at 2:00 p.m.

The Stockton Baptist Church invites everyone to get join them for their Christmas Program, Come Let us Adore Him!, which will be held this Sunday, December 10, at 11:00 a.m. Join them at the church at 507 North 7th St. in Stockton. (Look for the ad on page 12A)

The Stockton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Jingle & Mingle is on Tuesday, December 12th, at the Rooks County Historical Society and Museum. The come-and-go event is from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This event is for existing Chamber members and anyone interested in joining the organization in 2024.

We’ve had several people ask if we’d accept their ‘Deer Ones if they got them to us this week and the answer is YES!! While we have been working on the “Letters to Santa”, the ads, and pictures, we haven’t begun laying the issue out.
