The menus for the week beginning Monday, January 9, are as follows: Monday—Chicken and rice casserole, California blend vegetables, bread, hot cinnamon pears. Tuesday—Ham and beans, cookie, cornbread, strawberries and bananas. Wednesday—Hamburger patty with lettuce, tomato and onion, three bean salad, bun, mixed fruit. Thursday—Chef salad, pudding, crackers, tropical fruit. Friday—Pulled pork, coleslaw, brownie, bun, pineapple.
