The menus for the week beginning Monday, Dec. 28, are as follows: Monday—Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, bread, plums. Tuesday—Chili, orange pineapple salad, crackers, cinnamon roll. Wednesday—Meatloaf, green beans, bread, pineapple. Thursday—Roast turkey in gravy, mashed potatoes, asparagus, bread, emerald pears. Friday—No menu available.
