Mongeau, Jennifer L. Mongeau, Ronnie Mongeau, Ag Resource Management, LLC; Recovery of Money. All claims against Farm Implement & Supply Co., Inc., regarding a lien issue on an equipment trade in, were dismissed with prejudice. Judgment for Plaintiff against Defendant Mongeau Enterprises, LLC for breach of contract in the amount of $2,719,545 together with post-judgment interest and costs.

Starting out the reports of vehicle accidents, dating back to Jan. 27 through February 14, is the rollover of one of the trash trucks belonging to the City of Stockton, on January 27. The driver, Drake Champagne, age 24, of Stockton, was headed east on 10 Rd. at around 11:00 a.m., when he drove toward the south edge of the road, overcorrected, and drove into the north ditch and down a hill, rolling over onto the driver’s side into a drainage culvert. Champagne was transported to Rooks County Hospital by Stock-ton EMS. The trash truck, a 2013 Freightliner M210, was completely disabled with extensive damage to the driver’s side and front end and had to be hauled away by Kibbe’s Towing.
