Body Taking down Dino the dinosaur left a sadness in many people. He was a welcomed sight as you entered Stockton from the west.
THE VIEW from the Dino Discount parking lot was never to be the same after the west wall of what had been Dr. Muck’s optometrist office was razed in the summer of 1997. The big green dinosaur, which had been painted on the wall, was no longer to be a landmark for the area. Pizza Hut was refurbishing the building at 309 Main for a restaurant.
