Dear Editor, The Neighborhood Revitalization Program exists to encourage investment, growth, and longterm stability in communities that need it most. In rural Kansas, where many counties face population decline, the program is essential.

To the Editor: April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and across Kansas, pinwheels are spinning as a reminder of what’s possible when communities come together to support children and families.
