Coat Exchange program is up and running
Has this latest cold spell left you needing a coat? If so, the Coat Exchange program is up and running once again on the first floor of the Rooks County Courthouse. Anyone can either pick out a coat or donate coats to this worthwhile program.
General Election takes place next Tuesday
With the General Election just under a week away, Rooks Countians have already been exercising their right to vote with 13% of the County’s 3,449 registered voters casting ballots. Rooks County Election Offcer Ruthmary Muir said 285 voters requested mail-in ballots, with 188 being returned thus far.

Rooks County schools have seen no significant change in COVID-19 activity this week. While we have some students who are quarantined at home, we have no known transmission of COVID in our schools.
