Dear Editor, I have attached a picture of my proposal for the Stockton 1/2 Mile if the Rooks County Free Fair Board and Rooks County Commissioners decide to go ahead with cutting the track down to a 1/3 mile. I feel it will be a real shame to lose the historic 1/2mile track.
