Keith Melvin Reed, 76, of Monument, died Monday, November 13, 2023, at the Logan County Hospital in Oakley, Kansas. He was born January 25, 1947, in Colby, Kansas, to Burtis and Zelma (Bever) Reed.

Graveside Services for Robin Lura Bigge-Harris, age 81, of Independence, Mo., will be held on Monday, November 20, at 1:00 p.m., at Bigge Cemetery. She passed away on June 26, 2023, at The Grove Senior Living Center in Independence, Missouri.

Kimball “Kim” Lynn Brainard, age 72, of Plainville, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, at Hays Medical Center in Hays. He was born February 28, 1951, in Colby, Kansas, to Dorothy (Sloan) and Jesse Brainard of Selden.

Delores (Jacobs) Ice, of Stockton, passed away on November 5, 2023, at the Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, at the age of 84. She was born on October 7, 1939, to Joseph and Anna (Wasinger) Jacobs in LaCrosse, Kansas.

Kim Brainard, age 72, of Plainville, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, at HaysMed in Hays. He was born February 28, 1951. Services are pending and will be announced by Keithley Funeral Homes and Crematory - Brock's Chapel, 2509 Vine Street Hays, KS 67601.

Ted L. Lambert, 85, passed away on October 29, 2023, at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville. He was born on December 12, 1937, at the family farm to the late Alford E. and Ival M. (Kern) Lambert. He married Freda J. Hiser on Feb. 27, 1960, in Plainville.

Ernest L. McElfish of Plainville passed away on October 24, 2023, at Redbud Village in Plainville, at the age of 91. He was born on December 17, 1931, to Ernest and Martha (Ede) McElfish in Mulberry, Kansas. He was married on April 4, 1982, to Melva Irene Kerns.

Michael Kemp Money, 84, of Hill City, Kansas, passed away October 26, 2023. He was born to Rex and Katharyn (Kemp) Money in Enid, Oklahoma, on June 11, 1939.

Penny Rae Law, 59, of Hill City, entered into the arms of Jesus on October 26, 2023. She was born September 11, 1964, at the Graham County Hospital in Hill City to Clarene (Haynes) and Randall Law. Penny grew up on a farm between Hill City and WaKeeney.
