STOCKTON CITY EMPLOYEES Harley Miller, Doug French and Jeff Scott look on as the new transformer is placed onto the cement pad by the electric department building. Stockton had lost power on Thursday, June 25th, and it was discovered that the transformer had to be replaced. This was done on Saturday, June 27th.
