Patricia Ann Kern, age 79, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021 at the Redbud Village in Plainville.

She was born on April 24, 1942 in Hays, Kan., to Frank and Minifee (Baltzell) Runyan. Patricia was a lifelong resident of Rooks County. She attended and graduated from Plainvile High School with the class of 1960.

Neil Harmon Fischer, age 86, Plainville, peacefully passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Kearney Regional Medical Center in Kearney, Neb., surrounded by the people he loved.

He was born on February 28, 1935 in Plainville, Kansas to the late Nicholas and Beatrice (Kaba) Fischer. On October 3, 1954 he was united in marriage to Doris Miller in Radium, Kansas. They were blessed with two daughters, Nalisha and Crystal.
