The menus for the week beginning Monday, February 6, are as follows: Monday—Smothered steak, mashed potatoes, corn, bread, pineapple. Tuesday—Ham and beans, spinach salad, cornbread, tropical fruit. Wednesday—Turkey tetrazzini, asparagus, bread, fruit crisp. Thursday—Liver and onions in gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, bread, and mandarin oranges. Friday—Lasagna, brussel sprouts, bread, hot cinnamon apple slices.
