Deborah Ann (Berland) Pfannenstiel, 75, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas, surrounded by love from her family.
Debbie was born on January 15, 1951, in Stockton, Kansas, to Alverize and Blanche (Kerr) Berland. She graduated from Palco High School in 1969 and, on June 12, 1971, married the love of her life, Linus Pfannenstiel. Together, they built a life centered on family, faith, hard work, and service to others.
A Celebration of Life Service for David John “Big D” Koehler, 78, Plainville, will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the VFW, 105 S. Jefferson St. in Plainville. Big D cherished his family and friends, and nothing would have brought him more joy than seeing them gathered together, sharing stories in remembrance. Nola Nadine (Bane) Turnbull, 91, of Plainville, passed away on March 7, 2026, at Hays Medical Center in Hays.
She was born on March 30, 1934, in Webster, Kansas, to Lennie and Louria (Stice) Bane.
