Richard Lee “Dick” Ramsey, 82, passed away Friday, February 20, 2026.

Dick was born July 12, 1943, to Mark and Caroline (Ludeke) Ramsey in Holdrege, Nebraska.

He attended Agra High School, Kearney St. College, Brown-Mackie College, and SMU Graduate School for Banking.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Liz” Zoller; his children, Jeffrey Ramsey (Jill) and Stacey Cleary (Jim); his grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, and Grant; and his brother, Mark Ramsey.

Born on October 7, 1943, in Damar, Kansas, Doug Berland passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026, in Florence, Arizona, at the age of 82.

Doug was the son of Blanche and Alverize Berland. He grew up in Damar and graduated from Damar High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Education from Fort Hays State University.
