Body I would like to comment on the excellent research that Dale Winklepleck did in presenting the tax valuation issue to the Rooks County Commissioners. I am in agreement.

Body When Dee and I began our teaching careers in Stockton, we knew we had come to a very special place. The school system was second to none. Its administrators ran a tight ship, and the teachers were some of the most gifted and caring people we had ever met. And we can't say enough
