Graduation Day: 57 Students to Receive Diplomas

For the first time since the merger of the Plainville Times and the Stockton Sentinel, the newly minted Sentinel-Times will feature graduates from not just Stockton, but also Plainville, Palco, and Natoma in its special graduation issue. This expanded coverage reflects a new era for the community newspaper and marks an exciting milestone for area students and their families.

A total of 57 high school seniors from the four schools will don their caps and gowns this spring, joining the ranks of proud alumni. The Sentinel-Times will also recognize the achievements of local eighth-grade graduates, some of whom have already celebrated their commencement ceremonies. Their accomplishments serve as an important stepping stone as these students prepare to enter high school next fall.

Plainville

The 2026 Graduating Class of Plainville High School will hold its ceremony on Saturday, May 16th, at 2:30 p.m. in the Cardinal Gym.

The Seniors have chosen the baby pink rose as their Class Flower, with Cardinal red and white as their Class Colors. Their Class Motto is "Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory." Dr. Suess Class Escorts are Shelby Molina and Owen Brewster. Program Attendants are AaLeyah Becker, Emma Gabel, Joseph Dintino, and Reid Stamper.

Plainville Junior High Promotion

The time set for the Plainville Junior High Promotion is Saturday, May 16th, at 10:00 a.m. in the Cardinal Gym.

The eight-grade students to be recognized are Liam Balthazor, Ayla Bean, Daylen Beesley, Lela Belles, Kyler Bice, Sophia Bingham, Maximus Brown, Kinsley Casey, Mackenzie Coleman, Malyn Dick, Brunson Finnesy, Lennox Fuzzell, Cash Ganoung, Aubrey Garcia, Neveah Garrett, Ryne Haehn, Weston Hamel, Aniya Hays, Jace Hilgers, Hayden Hilgers, Jarron Hrabe, Caden Keas, Braylon Klein, Chloe Kuhlmann, Abrea Lair, Brantley Lawver, Sydney Littrell, Franky Lowrance, Gage Makings, Gabby McQueen, Eli Molina, Colton Mullender, Ransym Nussbaum, Maysa Pagura, Timothy Paramore, Ellie Plante, Eliza Rudman, Jayona Spells, Marcelaine Stahl, Hartley Takaishi, Hunter Teeter, Lillian Thummel, London Waggoner, Layla Williams, and Brevyn Wyatt.

Stockton

The 2026 Graduating Class of Stockton High School will hold its ceremony on Saturday, May 16th, at 10:30 a.m. in the high school gymnasium.
The Seniors have chosen the cornflower as their Class Flower and cornflower blue and silver as their Class Colors. Their Class Motto is "We laid a lotta memories down, like tattoos on this town." Jason Aldean.

 Class Escorts are Mia Odle and Ashton Nuss. Ushers are Brenna Odle and Lincoln Keller.

Stockton Junior High Promotion

Stockton's Junior High Promotion was held on Monday, May 4th, after the Stockton Grade School Awards Night and Music Program, where the sixth-through eighth-grade students were recognized for their achievements in academics, athletics, and organizations.
The eighth-grade students recognized were Olivia Brassfield, Addison Dix, Corbyn Glendening, Kyler Hrabe, Kyndall Kee-Hahn, Khloe Jones, Hudson Kriley, Chase Kuhlmann, Harper Lowry, Ava McCoy, Hudson Muir, Lane Muir, Remy Muir, Brodey Odle, Paisley Shamburg, and Hadlee Sterling.

Natoma

'The 2026 Graduating Class of Natoma High School will hold its graduation on Saturday, May 16th, at 10:00 a.m. in the Natoma Gymnasium.

The Seniors have chosen the pink rose as their Class Flower, with red and black as their Class Colors. Their Class Motto is "The one who falls and gets up is stronger than the one who never tried. Do not fear failure, but rather fear not trying." Roy T. Bennett

Paradise Junior High Promotion

The Paradise Junior High Promotion is set for Monday, May 18th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Natoma Gymnasium.

The eighth-grade students to be recognized that evening are: Hadley Jo Bland, Cameron Michael Conn, Adelyn Dohl, Elizabeth C. Lyle, Kaden Michael Meade, and Alexus Rose Sumner.

Palco

The 2026 Graduating Class of Palco High School will hold its ceremony on Saturday, May 16th, at 10:30 a.m., immediately following the Junior High Promotion.

The Seniors chose the yellow rose as their Class Flower, and black and gold as their Class Colors. Their Motto is "Grow through what you go through." Junior Attendants are Rhett Post and Brooke Hamel.

Graduating Seniors are: Bryson John Bollig, Trinity Kadence Couse, Austin Everett Harmon, Carson Lee Knipp, and Sada Janae Nelson.

Palco Junior High Promotion

The Junior High Promotion will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 16th, followed by the High School Graduation.

The eighth-grade students who will be recognized are Greighlyn Byers, Elizabeth Coates, Inara Schilling, Jaxen Keiswetter, Colby Knipp, Barrett Moore, and Lynden Saindon.
